Introduction
The AeroPress is the most forgiving brewer you can own. This standard-orientation recipe is a reliable daily driver.
Brewing steps
- 1
Prep
Rinse the paper filter in the cap. Assemble and place on your mug.

Add coffee and waterat 0:00
Add 15 g coffee, start the timer and pour 220 g water.

Stirat 0:10
Stir 3 times. Insert the plunger slightly to create a seal.

Steepat 0:30
Wait until 1:30.
- 5
Pressat 1:30
Swirl, then press gently for about 30 seconds.
Troubleshooting
- Hard to press
- Grind a little coarser.
- Bitter
- Drop the temperature to 85°C.
